Mr. Luis Velazquez has an extensive background in Information Technology (IT) and Data Communications with a distinguished Officer career in the United States Marines. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Jacksonville University and Postgraduate MBA degree from the prestigious Naval Postgraduate School, Luis continued to excel in IT by completing an Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification along with completing a successful three year tour as a course coordinator and lead instructor in the Computer Science Department at the United States Naval Academy (USNA) in Annapolis Maryland. Mastering the art of SQL Server Enterprise Database engineering solutions, programming, and network engineering, Luis brings a unique combination of upper level leadership, management experience as an Officer in the Marines, and in-depth knowledge of Computer Science technical and programmatic solutions. His contribution has helped CFE leverage the latest innovations and technologies to serve its customer base while minimizing overall IT procurement, engineering, implementation, and life cycle maintenance costs.
